Search Form As you type the text of your search, the engine provides a real-time list of suggestions. For example if you type "tax" would as a hint "International Taxation" and "local taxes". Not all browsers, screen readers, text reader, supporting the techniques used, but the functionality of the suggestion is preserved even if different graphic mode. Libraries

MEF libraries

They contain the Finance Ministry's books and archival heritage, providing documentation and specialised services in economic, financial, legal, administrative and statistical subjects. The holdings also include a remarkable historic collection and rare editions.

The reorganization project of the MEF libraries has now been completed. The project - aiming at implementing a joint management structure of the Ministry libraries - was part of the institutional reorganization regulated by the DPR 43 dated 30th January 2008. The main achievements are: a common collection development policy, a common access policy and a shared access to the library catalogues. The MEF Libraries are:

Opening hours and location

The Libraries of the Palace of Finance observe the following opening hours:

  • from 9.00 to 13.30 and from 15.00 to 17.00 from Monday to Thursday
  • from 9.00 to 13.00 on Friday

Access to the Ezio Vanoni Library of the Scuola Superiore dell'Economia e delle Finanze is permitted from 10.00 to 13.00 from Monday to Friday.
