Il Decreto Legge 29 novembre 2008 nº 185 contiene, tra l'altro, norme in materia di diritti e tariffe.

Per evitare la diffusione di interpretazioni devianti, strumentali ed interessate, il Ministero dell'Economia e Finanze ripete in questa sede quanto è già per suo conto chiaro nel testo del decreto:

a) Il disposto dell'articolo 3 comma 1º, riguarda esclusivamente il blocco di diritti e tariffe vari dovuti a fronte di servizi erogati direttamente dalla Pubblica Amministrazione. Un esempio per tutti? I diritti e le tariffe dovuti in materia di motorizzazione;

b) In materia di Autostrade, energia elettrica, gas, etc, non si applica il blocco di cui sopra essendo nel decreto stesso espressamente confermato il meccanismo di determinazione dei prezzi da parte delle Authorities.

Anti Crisis Law Decree: Block of rights and rates

Law Decree n.185 dated November 29^th 2008 contains, among other things, norms pertaining to rights and rates.

In order to avoid deviated or orchestrated interpretations, the Ministry of Economy and Finance would like to reiterate at this time what is already clearly stated in the text of the decree:

a) the disposition of article 3 comma 1 pertains exclusively to the block of various rights and rates pertaining to services distributed directly by the Public Administration. An example for all? The rights and the rates of motorization matters.

b) In the matter of freeways, electric power, gas, etc., the aforementioned block does not apply as in the decree itself expresses confirmation of the mechanism of determination of the prices by the Authorities.
